will this be recorded or online?

We understand not everyone can attend in person, so online recordings of the Biblical Wellness Retreat will be available for purchase at a later date. Stay tuned for more information on how you can access the content once it’s released!

are the meals included in the retreat fee?

Meals are sold separately for $120, which covers dinner on Thursday, three meals on Friday, plus breakfast and lunch on Saturday. If you choose this add-on, you’ll enjoy carefully prepared, nutritious meals that complement our biblical wellness teachings.

Is lodging included in the retreat fee?

Lodging is not included with your retreat ticket. However, there are several convenient options on campus. We recommend booking a family cabin or motel room for easy walking access to all sessions. Or, grab a room at the Lakeview Lodge if you’d like to be just a few feet away from the action!
Only one person needs to book a room for others to share. Get your group together and book one room to share. Many rooms sleep up to 6-8 people.

is my ticket refundable?

All tickets: retreat and meals, are non-refundable; however, they are transferable. If you can’t make the retreat, you may contact us to transfer your ticket to another person.

what requirements are necessary to attend?

There are no requirements except for a love of food and God. And not in that order. Then a love to serve Him as best as possible is a good entree!
There is no level of schooling or biblical knowledge required.

is there a fee for parking?

For those who are staying on campus, there is no parking fee. For those traveling onto campus daily, there is a $10 fee to be paid at the Encounter Administration building.

what if i cant stay all three days?

That’s okay! We’d still love to have you. Simply arrive when you can, and enjoy the retreat sessions for the time you’re able to attend.
